<p>Dimensionally stable link-belt comprising a multiplicity of helical coils (11) arranged in interdigitated side-by-side disposition and connected together by respective hinge wires (12) threaded therethrough, and also a method for producing the same wherein either or both of the coils and hinge wires (11, 12), being of a synthetic thermoplastic monofilament material, deform on subjecting the belt to heat treatment under tension so as to impart dimensional stability to the total structure.</p> |
