<p>The locking device is for a hanger bar accommodating clothes hangers in a freight container. The bar is inserted parallel to the container opening and is of heavy-gauge tube material. The device is of profiled material parallel and movably coupled to the bar, to which it can be clipped in the engaged position by holders at intervals along the latter. The holders are spring clips enclosing the device and fitting part-way round the bar. The clips (108) each comprise an annular portion (110) fitting loosely round the bar (101), and with a wide slot formed in it. Adjacent to the slot it is bent the other way to form a spring clip (112) fitting round the locking device (104).</p> |
