PURPOSE:To reduce the power consumption, by detecting the deflection stop period of deflection synchronizing signal, and taking the deflection voltage corresponding to the deflection stop period of deflection synchronizing signal to a specified value. CONSTITUTION:The deflection synchronizing signal from the input terminal S is fed to the saw tooth wave generating circuit 2 via the transistor TR32, and the saw tooth wave produced at the generating circuit 2 is fed to the horizontal position adjusting circuit 3. The level shift of the saw tooth wave voltage is made at the adjusting circuit 3, and after correcting the linearity by giving the output to the linearity corrector 4, the output of the circuit 4 is fed to the electromagnetic deflection amplifier circuit 5. When the synchronizing signal is not input to the input terminal S, the TR52 which conducts at the stop period of the signal is connected, a given voltage is fed to the connection t of the circuit 3, and TR57 in which the deflection voltage signal output to the output terminal w of the circuit 3 is made to a given value corresponding to the synchronizing signal stop period is provided, to decrease the deflection voltage at less than specified value to prevent the increase in the power loss of the circuit 5. |
