This invention is related to a damper unit which is separated into gas chambers(D, K) and oil chambers(A, G, H) by a hollow annular shape piston(2) slidably mounted in a cylinder(1). The damping force is occurred when the oil flows through one way valves. The force is increased in a way that the prequency is increased when the corresponding damping force is in a lower range and in a higher range the alternating force is absorbed mainly by the pressure variation in the gas chamber so that the force is not occurred.
