PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly polish a surface to be polished by providing a holding means to hold a polishing object, a rotating means of the holding means, a polishing means and a rotating means of the polishing means. SOLUTION: A head end of a brush 5 is made in contact with a surface (b) to be polished of a holder 01 by set pushing force. This pushing force can be regulated by a regulator. Thereafter, a motor 6 rotates and the brush 5 rotates. The brush 5 rotates at about 2,000 rpm. Simultaneously, a motor for pulley rotation rotates, a pulley 2 rotates and it rotates the holder 01. The number of rotation of the holder 01 can be analog-varied within a range of about 50-120 rpm. Thereafter, a movable cylinder 7 works and vertically moves the motor 6 and the brush 5. That is, they reciprocate between a head end and a base end of the surface (b) to be polished. Consequently, the surface (b) to be polished is uniformly polished along its overall surface. |
