PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a floor mat from easily coming off a not by providing with a base plate having an opening part positioned on a top part of a hole of the floor mat, and installing a leg member extending downward in the vicinity of the opening part of the base plate penetrating the hole. SOLUTION: A device 1 for fixing a floor mat on a mat is provided with two plate leg members 3 connected to a base plate 2 on those top part, and connected to a connecting section 4 on those bottom part. A strut 5 extends from the connection section 4 upward between leg members 3. In the device 1, the leg members 3 are inserted into holes of the mat, the base plate 2 is pushed till fixing to a groove 15, and thereby, the base plate 2 is permanently and safely fixed on the mat. On a flat position, in the leg 3, the area of a device is formed larger than the hole of the mat for inserting the device 1. It is thus possible to fix the device 1 on the mat safely and permanently.
