PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit consititution and then reduce the faults such as the undesired parasitic oscillation due to the high-frequency floating coupling, the cross modulation of the like, by providing the locking amplifier which is driven by the output of the nonlinear type feedback amplifier and then using the output signal of the amplifier for the amplitude limit output signal. CONSTITUTION:The input high-frequency signal is limited to the fixed amplifier through diode limiter 8, and this output is applied to nonlinear type feedback amplifier 9 in which diode DS received the push-pull connection is provided between the input and output electrodes under the amplifying transistor. The output of amplifier 9 is applied to locking amplifier 11 after setting to a proper level through resistance attenuator 10. At circuit 11 the oscillation output high-frequency signal of a fixed amplitude and frequency-locked to the high-frequency signal is produced. This high-frequency signal is then amplified to the proper and desired level via resistance attenuator 12 and high-frequency amplifier 13 each. After this, the amplitude limit output high-frequency signal featuring nearly the constant amplitude is delivered. |
