PURPOSE:To make soldering unnecessary and thus to make a connection work of a brush for a miniature rotary machine ready in a short time by a method wherein a plural kerf is provided on a terminal, and a lead wire coming from a brush body is wound on the kerfts to connect to the terminal. CONSTITUTION:A center hole C is formed in a terminal 3, and a plural kerf d1- d6 is arranged radially, for example, on the outer periphery. Then, a lead wire 2 with its one end fixed on a brush body 1 is inserted in the center hole C of the terminal 3 and connected thereto as wound in sequence on the kerfs d1-d6. Further a pressure spring 4 is inserted between the brush body 1 and the terminal 3 to assemble as a brush. Soldering is thus not required for connection of the terminal 3 and the lead wire 2, which may shorten working hours and also simplify the work. |
