PURPOSE:To enable to cook a cooked matter evenly by a method wherein there is provided an operating mechanism for automatically moving a top plate up and down in a horizontal condition, and the top plate is moved up and down. CONSTITUTION:For cooking, a matter to be cooked is mounted on one of top plates 2 and a motor 17 is driven. It follows that the rotary shaft 18 of the motor 17 and a pulley 15 rotate, a belt 14 travels circulatorily, another pulley 13 rotates, a rotary wheel 10 is rotated through bevel gears 12, 11, and a sliding rod 9 rotatavely fitted at its lower end to the peripheral portion of the rotary wheel 10 moves up and down. As a result, a top-plate support 3 fixed to a projection 8 connected with the upper end of the sliding rod 9 moves up and down with rollers 5 sliding on the inside surface of a cover 4, and top plates 2 move up and down. Accordingly, the cooked matter on each of the top plates 2 is heated evenly as the plates 2 moves up and down. |
