摘要 PURPOSE:To completely burn the unburnt gaseous components generated upon incineration of waste materials by a method wherein a gaseous mixture in a combustion chamber is circulated by a circulation pipe, and the intermediate portion of the pipe is inserted into the combustion chamber to heat the pipe. CONSTITUTION:After waste materials are charged from a charge port 10, with a blower 14 operated and a burner 9 ignited for conducting incineration, a gaseous mixture consisting of combustion gases, unburnt gaseous components and the like is discharged from an opening portion 12 formed at the upper surface of an incineration chamber 4, and flows through pipes 13, 15. When the gaseous mixture flows through the pipe 15 arranged spirally in the combustion chamber 4 and being heated red hot, the unburnt gaseous components are subjected to oxidizing reaction. Then, the gaseous mixture is blown through a nozzle portion 18 into an ash collecting chamber 5, when the negative pressure generated at an air intake port 8 leads fresh air into the chamber 5. The gaseous mixture together with fresh air flows through the clearances of a fire grate 3 into the incineration chamber 4, where they are reburnt, and then discharged from an opening portion 12.
