PURPOSE:To obtain the metal plating body with an efficient workability without needing buff polishing, by forming a fixed primer coating layer on the metal surface and then, forming the base coating layer on the above-mentioned layer and next, carrying out vapor deposition on the base coating layer at a fixed vacuum degree. CONSTITUTION:Resin liquid having a pigment and at least one or more of unsaturated radical in a molecule, preferably, mixture of the above liquid and resin liquid having phosphorus element and unsaturated radical, is applied on the metal surface and primer coat layer is formed by irradiating active energy rays and solidifying it. Next, the resin liquid containing no pigment and having one or more of unsaturated radicals in a molecule at least is applied on the primer coat layer and base coat layer is formed by irradiating active energy rays and solidifying it. After that, metal plating layer is formed by carrying out vacuum vapor deposition of metal, preferably Al or its alloy, on the surface of the above-mentioned base coat layer at a vacuum degree of 1X10<-5> Torr or more. Further, mixture of epoxy modified acrylic resin and polymeric monomer having (meth)acryloyl radical, is used preferably. |
