PURPOSE:To stabilize speed control with feedback constantly performed by changing in amplitude through the regular and reverse change-over of the coil current of a pulse motor in which change-over the output waveform of a position detector is utilized. CONSTITUTION:When a pulse motor controller MC has generated the signal REF code indicating designated voltage REF with control signal CONT set to a high level for driving a pulse motor M starting with the stoppage thereof, the output of a comparator COM3 becomes positive, switches SW1, SW3, SW5 and SW7 turn on, and the motor M is driven. As motor speed comes close to target level, the output of the comparator COM3 and motor current become small. When motor speed has exceeded target level, the output of the comparator COM3 becomes negative, the switches SW2, SW4, SW6 and SW8 turn on so that braking is performed. Motor speed is controlled by the controller MC in accordance with position signal so as to become zero in final excitation phase. |
