<p>PURPOSE:To obtain high ozone generating efficiency by using CaA-type or X-type zeolite as an adsorbent for exhaust oxygen from the recycling system of an oxygen recycling type ozone generating apparatus. CONSTITUTION:Starting material oxygen from starting material gas reservoir 6 is converted into ozonized oxygen with ozonizer 1, blown as fine bubbes from gas dispersing plate 5, dissolved in water, and consumed. Oxygen exhausted at this time is cooled with cooling dehumidifier 4 through blower 3 to remove moisture contained, and the resulting gas is dried with adsorption type gas drier 10 and fed again to reservoir 6 as starting material oxygen. To remove moisture, volatile org. matter and CO2, adsorbent-packed towers 11b, 12b of drier 10 hole CaA-type or X-type zeolite as the adsorbent for the exhaust oxygen, and the zeolite is set so that CO2 alone is leaked by a desired concn.</p> |
