PURPOSE:To prevent the trouble due to the shift in timing giving input information, by the constitution that the simulated input signal is fed to the memory section via the control section with the simulation switch at the input section. CONSTITUTION:When a simulated input signal from a simulation switch 30 provided at the input section 25 is fed to the memory section 23 of a debug unit 21 via a control section 24, a CPU2 of tested unit reads in this via the bus 22. In this case, a control output is fed to the memory section 23 from the CPU2 via the bus 22, and the input signal corresponding to this control output is fed from a converter 27 to the memory section 23 via a control section 24. On the other hand, an output section 26 monitors the input corresponding to the control output of CPU2 fed to the memory section 23 and displays the state of the memory section 23 designated at an address set unit 28 on a monitor lamp 31. That is, since the inspector can only operate the switch 30, the trouble of test caused by the timing of simulated switch operation can be avoided. |
