<p>PURPOSE:To enable to execute optimum prediction control at all times, by calculating the response delay time of the prediction control unit depending on the frequency and amplitude of external disturbance and changing the control lead time so that it is in agreement with the response delay time. CONSTITUTION:The relation between the response delay time DELTAt of press-down unit 8 and the frequency and amplitude of the press-down position reference value DELTAS1 can logically be calculated or measured by a real unit, and the relation can be stored in a calculator 15 for DELTAt in advance. Further, the frequency of the reference value DELTAS1 is the same as the frequency of the thickness of deviation plate DELTAHa detected with a deviation plate thickness frequency measuring unit 11, and the amplitude of the reference value DELTAS1 can be obtained by the amplitude of the deviation plate thickness DELTAHa and the influencing coefficients A and B, with equation (1). Thus, the response delay time DELTAt of a press-down unit 8 can be calculated with a calculator 13. A readout unit 6 selects the memory element to read out the plate thickness deviation DELTAHb from the memory unit 4 by taking the control lead time DELTAT as DELTAT=DELTAt.</p> |
