The hydro-electric turbine is mounted in a sealed casing and consists of a circular mass of variable density, turning freely in a totally sealed environment about a fixed axle. It is driven by a centrifugal electric pump located externally and operating in a closed circuit. Its functioning is based on matching its mass and energy. The axle is tubular, and is pierced all around by a number of holes. One of its extremities extends out of the casing, and is connected to the exhaust of the pump. The other end of the axle is blocked, and carries a central machine drive shaft. The output port of the casing is connected to the input of the pump. The rotor has radial channels perpendicular to the holes in the axle on a surface which corresponds to it. Each channel feeds a narrower channel which is perpendicular to the surface and opens into the exterior of the turbine. The rotation of the turbine commences with the starting of the pump, and the feed into the axle is restored in the radial channels and fed back to the pump.
|
