PURPOSE:To improve a wave shape of magnetization and rotation characteristics by magnetizing an anisotropic annular magnet arranged in a diametric direction using a metal mold. CONSTITUTION:The terminals 1a and 1b of a metal mold are set in the opposite direction, and one end of each of the terminals is connected to the wall 2 of the mold, whereas the terminals 1a and 1b are bisymmetrical about a central line XY. The material of the mold is made of magnetic so iron. An anisotropic magnet 4 in the shape of a ring which touches the inner sides of the terminals 1a and 1b and inserted into a shield case 3 and arranged in a diametric direction. The arranged direction of the magnet is so made that it conforms to the central line XY, and bipolar magnetization is given by inserting a magnetizing yoke 5 wound in the annular magent while applying electric current. In this case, a magnetic line produced by the application of the current flows in the direction from A to B, and magnetization is given along the direction, thus making it possible to prevent the turbulence of the wave shape of magnetization and improve rotation characteristics by using the aforementioned mold. |
