Transfer table for cut paper sheets - includes pneumatic brake wheels to control stacking operation

A printing press includes a horizontal transfer table for cut paper sheets. The transfer table includes two suction wheels which are located below the table surface. They are located on a commondrive shaft which is driven from a gear box. As the paper moves over the suction wheels, it is slowed down and straightened out. For easy maintenance and cleaning, the suction wheels and the associated pneumatic equipment can be removed from the machine as one unit.
