<p>The plastics part, such as an ornament, button, nameplate etc., is designed to be fixed to a flat surface such as cloth, cardboard, sheet material etc. It comprises a mating plate (4). This mating plate is designed to fit under the surface concerned opposite the ornament etc. (1) either or both being of slightly elastic plastic.
