Inductor adjusting unit for matching - uses holding rollers to press T-laminations against outer limbs of E-core

The balancing arrangement is for inductors featuring a core with I and E laminations. Adjustment is carried out by pressing the I-section against the outside limbs of the E-core using holding rollers (12, 12') in combination with the centrally-located stressing roller (11). The holding rollers are controlled by a separate pressure unit. The unit carrying out the deformation has an elastic housing with bottom (66) and top sections with shiftable holding rollers (12, 12') while the frame (4) includes a table with walls (42-44) featuring guide cylinders (46, 47) parallel to the table. The cylinders support the carriage (3) driven by a hydraulic cylinder and fitted with a pressure monitor (2) of piston rod (21). The holding rollers are carried by an arm (10) fitted with a separate pressure indicator.
