<p>Space saving for mounting of p.c.b.s. in a housing formed by top and bottom sections ensures their location with simplified assembly or stripping without plug strips. As a result, the testing and servicing are facilitated since the stack can be removed by hand unaided by tooling. The assembly offers a high resistance to shock and vibrations. The lowermost p.c.b. (3) has guide pins (6-8) for the other boards which are spaced by bushes (11-15). The electrical connection between the boards is maintained by sockets and plugs (16-19) and the top section (2) of the housing carries press-buttons (20) controlling the top p.c. b. (5) when in the closed position. Placement of section (2) after the assembly of the p.c.b.s locks its with engagement projection (21) when the whole unit is secured.</p> |
