HERSTELLUNG VON ALBUMIN AUS PLASMA

摘要

Albumin is isolated in a simple and economical manner from human or animal plasma which contains at least 0.03 M caprylate and has a pH of 5 to 8. This plasma is heated to 65 to 75 DEG C and then cooled to a temperature lying below room temperature. The pH is then adjusted to 3.5 to 4.5 and the plasma is centrifuged. The albumin is precipitated directly from the remaining albumin solution or concentrated by vacuum distillation.
