PURPOSE:To sufficiently buffer an impulsive force and damp the vibration of a machine, by applying no resisting force when a vibration-restricted body moves in one direction first and applying a frictional force to the body when it moves in the other direction and almost stopping the body when it returns to the original position. CONSTITUTION:When a vibration-restricted body 15 is moved down by an impulsive force caused by a machine 10, a vibration restricting membmer 36 is moved down along slopes 30, 31, 37, 38 by a frictional force on a friction plate 41. Since the frictional force between the friction plate 41 and an end face 32 is very weak, the member 36 is moved down without suffering from resistance. When the vibration-restricted body 15 is moved up, the vibration restriciting member 36 is strongly thrusted onto the end face 32 and a high frictional force is caused between the end face 32 and the friction plate 41. The vibration-restricted body is thus prevented from vibrating up and down. |
