<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out locking or unlocking, by reading voice signals from a portable memory in which voice signals to be collated are stored in advance, and comparing the read voice signals with generated identification voice signals. SOLUTION: When locking or unlocking, voice signals are read out of a portable IC card 4 in which the voice signals to be collated are stored in advance, and the read voice signals are compared with identification voice signals generated. In this time, data at the time of past locking and unlocking in an external RAM 25 are compared one after another. If even only one of them does not coincide thereto, it is understood that there is an IC card 4 dishonestly copied having the same discrimination code. In this way, since the locking and unlocking motions are manipulated by the collation of the recited voice, even when a third person who has gotten the memory in which the identification number is stored dishonestly trys to lock or unlock, the identification sound is unknown to him. Hence, locking or unlocking cannot be easily performed.</p> |
