<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively prepare a film having high strength, high elasticity and chemicals-resistance that a liquid crystalline polymer film has originally and, besides, excellent high heat resistance and abrasion resistance, and also provide a laminate therefrom, and a multilayered mounting circuit base board using the laminate. SOLUTION: A film is prepared by laminating a polymer film capable of forming a melt phase of optical anisotropy, with an adherend capable of maintaining the shape at the time of the film heat-treatment, then heat-treating it at a temp. ranging from a temp. not lower than a thermal deformation temp. Tdef of the film to a temp. lower byαdeg.C (α=10-35 deg.C) than Tm until a time when a melting peak temp. TA of the film reaches a temp. higher byβdeg.C (β=5-30 deg.C) than the m.p. of the film before the heat treatment, and then heat- treating it at a heating treating temp. ranging from a temp. higher than the Tm of the polymer to a temp. lower than a film melting peak temp. TA over a period during which the TA increases byγdeg.C (γ=5-20 deg.C), and then removing the adherend.</p> |
