<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a flame retardant decorative plate having fire resistance, heat resistance, contamination resistance, abrasion resistance and others easily at low costs by laminating an adhesive layer, a decorative sheet layer, a surface protective layer comprising a curable resin added with a flame retarder in turn on one side of an inorganic substrate. SOLUTION: In a flame retardant decorative plate 1 in which an adhesive layer 3, a decorative sheet layer 4, and a surface protective layer 7 are laminated on the upper surface of an inorganic substrate 2, the surface protective layer 7 is formed from a curable resin incorporated with a flame retarder. A resin used as a known curable resin for a decorative plate such as an ionizing radiation curable resin or a thermosetting resin, a room temperature curing resin, and a two-component reaction curing resin can be used as a curable resin for forming the protective layer 7 on the surface of a paper sheet 5. The flame retarder to be added to the curable resin which forms the protective layer 7 of the decorative plate 1 is selected from an inorganic flame retarder, a phosphorus-containing flame retarder, a halogen type flame retarder, and others.</p> |
