PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more simply and safely perform the exchange of an adsorption cartridge. SOLUTION: Adsorption cartridges 31 and 32 to house a honeycomb structural adsorption element 41 in the inside of a container 44 and further, to provide a ring like sealing member 60 in the outside of a cartridge cover 47 attached to the both ends of the container 44 are provided. The adsorption element is exchanged in every cartridge unit by making the adsorption element into a cartridge and the exchanging work is finished for a short time. Further, the exchanging work is safely performed because there is no fear that the adsorption element is pulverized.
