METHOD FOR RECYCLING AGGREGATE FROM CONCRETE WASTE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recycle high quality aggregate in which mortar content is efficiently and sufficiently removed without impairing the strength of aggregate itself by throwing crushed concrete waste and stripping jigs having many needle projections into a hollow container, and spinning the container to remove mortar attached to aggregate. SOLUTION: The method of this invention is to throw (pref. 10 kg) crushed concrete waste and (pref. 1-10 sets of) stripping jigs having many needle projections into a hollow container (e.g. a tumbling mill), and spinning the container. The crushed concrete waste is prepared by crushing concrete drilling muck as concrete waste with a ripper such as a jaw crusher, a corn crusher, a gyratory crusher or a impeller breaker down to the preferred size (pref. the size of 5-40 mm). The needle projections are made e.g. with metal wire materials (e.g. wire) and the stripping jig 10 is produced e.g. by attaching bundles of wires 12 to a jig body 11.
