<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device and a method, by which the continuous regeneration (the copy of the copy) of an image keeps the picture quality of an original. SOLUTION: The camera 119 of a system 10 gets an image 20 and converts to an indicator 40, which is printed with an invisible material on a first recording medium 50 in the compressed representation of a digitally coded image in the configuration of one or more data image file. A sensor 150, which detects the indicator on the first recording medium 50, produces digital output signals corresponding to the detected indicator. Upon the receipt of the digital output signals, an imaging device such as a second printer 270 connected to the sensor prints the good quality regeneration of the image including the invisible indicator on a second recording medium 280 in response to the output signals of the sensor.</p> |
