<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively allow the motion of a ratch or prevent the motion thereof, by rotating a closing part on a sleeve of an inside rotary knob for adaptation for a position of a ratch shaft in a door leaf. SOLUTION: An inside rotary knob 10 is connected to a sleeve 12 and a closing part 30 is arranged on the sleeve 12. An outside rotary knob 50 is connected to a shaft 52, and the shaft 52 is extended through the sleeve 12 and connected to a joining unit 40. The joining unit 40 is disposed in the inside rotary knob 10 and connected to the inside rotary knob 10 in the driving state and also connected to a code input device. The code input device is disposed in the outside rotary knob 50 through an electric signal circuit or the like. The electric signal circuit or the like is stretched through the shaft 52 of the outside rotary knob 50. Therefore, a signal is transmitted to a receiver unit through a portable transmitter, and the outside rotary knob is fixedly connected to the inside rotary knob and an access is achieved.</p> |
