PURPOSE:To reduce a force required for driving, by fitting a piezoelectric element on an elastic unit, and by placing a stationary unit on the surface of frictional contact to support an object. CONSTITUTION:An object moving device is composed of a stationary unit 3 formed with a piezoelectric element 1 and an elastic unit 2 which are fitted on each other, and an object 4 fixed on the unit 3. In order to fix the stationary unit 3 on the object 4, a bearing stand 5 is used and is fixed on the side of the piezoelectric element 1 so that oscillation cannot be transmitted, and is formed so that the oscillation may be transmitted better to a frictional contact surface 6 with which the elastic unit 2 comes in contact. When electric signal is applied to both the ends of the piezoelectric element 1 of the object moving device formed in this manner, then a force required for moving the object 4 is reduced. |
