PURPOSE:To enable the holding of extremely good fixing performance over a long period of time by providing a metering member having the length more than the roller length contacted with a roller in the lower stream position of the contact part between the resin film and roller. CONSTITUTION:A macromolecular synthetic resin film 8 of non-fibrous material having open cells of uniform fine pore sizes is formed into bag form, and is supported to a substrate 9. The bottom of the bag-form control film 8 is contacted with the portion of a region A and further to the portion on the side outer than both ends of the region A. Also, a metering blade 12 of elastic material such as fluorine rubber fixed to the support plate by means of the leaf spring 13, etc. is contacted with the roller 1 and its contact position is in the lower stream position of the control film 8 with respect to the revolving direction of the roller 1. Further, the blade 12 is longer than the overall length of the roller 1 and its both end parts are so disposed as to protrude respectively further outward from both ends of the roller 1. Thereby, the good fixability may be maintained over a long period of time. |
