APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR RECEIVING AND MANAGING MAIL AUTOMATICALLY

PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to manage automatically a received mail after receiving the mail. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for receiving and managing a mail automatically, the apparatus comprises a microcomputer(100), a note recognizing part(104), a displayer(106), an operation panel(108), a printer(110) and a sensor(112). The sensor part(112) senses a weight of a main which is inserted by a user. The displayer(106) displays the sensed weight of the mail and a postage corresponding to a mail sort under the control of the microcomputer(100). After confirming a mail sort selecting key of the user and a note input, a corresponding mail is received and managed.
