This invention discloses new compounds of the formula <IMAGE> wherein X,Y,Z and Q are each independently selected from the group consisting of oxygen and sulfur; R1 is selected from the group consisting of alkyl, and <IMAGE> wherein A may be different at different positions and is selected from the group consisting of alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, halogen, nitro and cyano, p is an integer from 0 to 5; R2 is selected from the group consisting of alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, amino, alkylamino, dialkylamino and <IMAGE> wherein B may be different at different positions and is selected from the group consisting of alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, halogen, nitro and cyano, and q is an integer from 0 to 5; R3 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl and <IMAGE> wherein D may be different at different positions and is selected from the group consisting of alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, halogen, nitro and cyano, and r is an integer from 0 to 5; R4 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl cycloalkyl and <IMAGE> wherein E may be different at different positions and is selected from the group consisting of alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, halogen, nitro and cyano, and s is an integer from 0 to 5; R5, R6, R7, and R8 are each independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and alkyl; and n is an integer from 0 to 3. Further disclosed are herbicidal and insectidical compositions utilizing the aforedescribed compounds.
