PURPOSE:To efficiently manufacture metallized paper, by reaggregating vaporized metal evaporation substance on the surrounding face of fixing roll once in vacuum vessel and press-bonding and then, transcribing on continuously advancing belt- shaped substrate face and moreover, decreasing the contamination of vaporized substance extremely. CONSTITUTION:Metal, such as zinc, gold, silver, Al etc., is vaporized maintaining the vacuum room 125 having the metal evaporation source 10 at aimed vacuum degree and the above vaporized metal is fixed by recondensing on the surrounding face of the fixing roll 13 rotating in the arrow mark direction. On the one hand, the belt-shaped substrate 2 is sent to the transcription roll 14 in the vacuum vapor deposition process 5 suitably pretreating through the coater part 3 and passing through the guide roll 15. Then, vaporized metal fixed on the surrounding face of the rotating roll 13, is press-bonded and transcribed on the face of the substrate 2 by the roll 14 and the substrate 2 is rolled round the reel 8 after passing through the coater roll 6 and the drier 7 as the after-treatment process. |
