PURPOSE:To produce a paste material giving a homogeneous superconductor with current density improved by adding a binder organic solvent to a precipitate formed by adding an oxalic acid solution to a specific mixed aqueous solution containing elements belonging to the ternary components in a specific pH range. CONSTITUTION:A nitrate aqueous solution of each metallic element powder in the first component (at least one among Y, Sc, La, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu), an acetate aqueous solution of each metallic element powder in the second component (at least one among Ba, Ca, Sr) and another nitrate aqueous solution of a metallic element powder in the third component (Cu) are mixed to give a mixed aqueous solution. An oxalic acid aqueous solution is added to the mixed solution, as the pH is kept in the range from 2-3.5, to form a precipitate of oxalates. Then, the precipitate is combined with a binder organic solvent to give the subject paste material for superconductor. |
