PURPOSE:To prevent pollution by flying toners and make the discarding of the toners easy by providing a throw-away-case and discarding the toners together with the case at the time of disposing the waste toners in an electrophotographic copier or the like. CONSTITUTION:The opening hole 6a for passing of waste toners fits to the protrusion 2b around the case opening hole 2a to form a nearly hermetic state. When it is announced to an operator by a volume detector 8 that the waste toners T reach the normal accumulation amount, the operator pushes downward the portion near the opening 6a of the top cover 6 which is made easy to displace to release the fitting to the protrusion 2b of the case and removes the main case 5. Thence, the opens the top cover by releasing the lock 6c with the top cover 6, takes out a sub- case 7 and disposes of the toners together with the sub-case 7. The sub-case 7 consists of paper or vinyl or the like. The operator inserts a new sub-case 7 into the main case 5 and sets this main case in the volume detector 8. When the main case 5 is set, a micro-switch 15 goes ON to display that effect. |
