The forced-circulation steam generator has twin combustion chambers separated by a double-faced tube wall, discharging into a common flue with conductive heat exchanger elements. The conventional evenly-inclined tube coils, forming the three external waterwalls (1a, 2a) of each chamber, are continued around the fourth side, each set forming one face of the intermediate wall (3). While tubes terminating within the former are turned vertically upwards to form the flue walls (4a), those terminating within the latter are gathered, from both sides equally, to form transverse load-carrying panels (7) via which the wall is suspended from the roof structure.
|
