1379377 Dish-washing compositions KNAPSACK AG 2 April 1973 [22 April 1972] 15718/73 Heading C5D Compositions for use in automatic dishwashing machines contain as surfactants free ortho-phosphoric acid monoesters and/or diesters, the alcohol component of the ester being selected from isopropanol, n-butanol, isotridecanol or the addition product of 1 mol of tributylcarbinol with 15 mols of ethylene oxide. A mixture of mono- and di-ester containing 50 to 80% of the monoester may be used. A typical composition consists of (A) 50-60% wt. of sodium tripolyphosphate, (B) 30-40% wt. of anhydrous sodium silicate, (C) 0-7% wt. of anhydrous Na 2 CO 3 , (D) 0À5 to 2% of potassium or sodium dichloroisocyanurate, (E) 0-10% wt. water of crystallization associated with (A), (B) and (C) above, and (F) 1 to 2% wt. of the above free ortho-phosphoric acid mono and/or diester. |
