The machine has two parallel blocks each furnished with parallel-teeth running first parallel to the base of the block and then making an angle with the base. A second pair of blocks (5) is mounted above the first and makes an angle (beta) with the first. These blocks support the valve head at the edges and allow the valve to rotate while passing in between the blocks. The inner edges of the upper block have a groove (10) to take the edge of the valve and hold it centrally.
