PURPOSE:The temperature of the paste product after heated with microwaves is detected, whereby the output of the microwaves is controlled to prevent the unevenness of heating caused by the temperature ununiformity of the starting material before the heating with microwaves. CONSTITUTION:The sticky starting material 6 for a paste product is fed into hopper 5. The material 6 is pumped through forming pipe 4 to forming chamber 1. The forming pipe is made of a material with low dielectric loss such as teflon. The starting material 6 is irradiated with the microwaves generated from magnetrons 10a- 10d in the forming chamber 1 to convert into an elastic material and to reach temperature detector 8. The temperature of the paste product 9 is detected by the detector 8 and the signal is input into control circuit 11, which controls the oscillation of magnetron 10d. |
