PURPOSE:To enable the recording to magnetic media even if the relative speed between the magnetic media and the magnetic head is low, by storing the objective information in photo-electric conversion to the storage array and picking up them from a plurality of output gates. CONSTITUTION:The objective information is in photo-electric conversion at a photo sensing array 12, stored in the storage array 14, and the information read out from a plurality of output gates OG is picked up and stored in a magnetic tape 18, and the photo sensing array is used as a storage array of the magnetic tape 18. Thus, the photo the sensing array 12 and the storage array 14 are used as the second storage array and first storage array at reproduction as they are to reproduce the information on the magnetic tape. |
