PURPOSE:To transfer each group of y pieces of products continuously to a next automatic machine by transferring a combined jig to adjust in a correct position to a product transportor. CONSTITUTION:A jig which is consisted of a jig 2 having aligned holes of which number are X by Y and an exclusive jig 14 is provided on guides 22, 24. The jig 14 is transferred by a protruded pin 40 puching its corner 17. At an expected position a pin 46 is pushed out, and by it being fitted into a hole of the jig 14, a position setting is done. Next thereto a cam shaft 65 begins to rotate, and a plate 53 knocks out one column, that is Y pieces of products 1, and through a guide 54 which moves up and down products are caught by a frame 59 which moves forward and backward. Furthermore by a plate 62 moving upward and downward the product is lifted, and when they are brought down they are transferred to a carrier plate 70 of a next process which moves to form a rectangle. By knocking and transferring action being done pitch by pitch, Y pieces products are transferred continuously to a next process. By this method smooth feeding to an automatic machine can be performed without any crook in a lead wire, and efficiency is improved. |
