PURPOSE:To obtain the stable oscillating output independently of fluctuation of power input and to enable to avoid the burnning of the linear inductor, by the constitution that the capacitor included in the oscillation circuit is changed for the capacitance by temperature change. CONSTITUTION:When the power input voltage of AC power 1 exceeds a given regulation, the input current to the boosting oscillation circuit 4' is increased, and the oscillating capacitor C43' and the intermittent capacitor C6 are heated by themselved and heated with external heat source due to thermal coupling to the current- limiting choke 2 thermally, and temperature is increased in comparison with normal temperature. Thus, the capacitance of Cs43', 6' is lowered due to the temperature rise and the oscillation voltage of the intermittent oscillating circuit 5 is limited. Accordingly, the burnning-out of the choke 2 due to the increase in the oscillation output by power supply fluctuation and in the input current to the load 3 can be avoided. The reverse charge voltage of C6 is increased by connecting the reverse charging C7 to the circuit, the intermittent oscillating period of the circuit 5 is shortly limited, allowing to obtain stable oscillating output. |
