PURPOSE:To improve efficiency in workability as well as to reduce the volumetric space of winding wires by a mechanism wherein a slot is automatically pressed by a coil presser every time or at several times of wire-windings, and by only providing a coupling mechanism between a simple coil presser and a cum. CONSTITUTION:At the tip side of a main shaft 20, a chuck 24 which fixes a rotor 1 is supported by a strut, said chuck fixing the rotor at rectangular relation against the main shaft. At the tip of the main shaft 20, a trapezoid shaped column 13 is attached through a bearing, while at the upper and the lower portions thereof, triangular formers 7 to 12, each group consisting of three pieces, are fixedly installed toward the longitudinal direction of the slot on the rotor 1 with appropriate intervals. Also, at the tip of the main shaft 20, an L shape flyer 23 is fixed, and by rotating the flyer throught the main shaft 20, wires 4 are wound on the preset slot of the rotor 1 by the function of the formers 7 to 12. By this constitution, improvement of efficiency in workability and reduction of the volumetric space of winding wires can be attained. |
