<p>PURPOSE:To obtain vibro-isolating and fixing apparatus at low cost which is equipped with high vibration-proof effect and superior working performance by forming fitting holes on the frame of a vibration body on the vibration body fitting plate of the fixed body, and inserting the upper end lower grooves of a rubber molded body into the fitting holes detachably. CONSTITUTION:A rubber molded body 1 is formed which has circumferential grooves 2 and 3 on the upper and lower parts of cylindrical body. On the frame 5 a vibration body and on the vibration body fitting plate 4 of the fixed body, fitting holes 4a and 5a of which width D at the insertion port is 60-80% of the outer diameter of the grooves 2, 3 are formed. The grooves 2 and 3 of the rubber molded body 1 are inserted into each fitting hole 4a, 5a respectively detachably, and thus fixing apparatus is constituted. Accordingly, with the simple structure in which the rubber molded body having upper and lower grooves is installed into the fitting holes which are formed on the frame of a vibration body such as air pump and on the vibration body fitting plate of the fixed body such as a foam-system toilet bowl, vibration of the vibration body and impact in transportation can be absorbed, and cost in production and fabrication can be reduced.</p> |
