PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a piping space narrow, to reduce an excavation amount, and to easily manufacture at a low cost. SOLUTION: When a first ribbed pipe 16 and a second ribbed pipe 18 are covered on and adhered to two sides of a sill pipe 14, a required angleαis formed by both ribbed pipes. Since the first ribbed pipe 16 and the second ribbed pipe 18 butt to each other at an obliquely cut end surface thereof, an elbow 10 for the ribbed pipe is bent at a butting part. Thus, by using the elbow 10 for the ribbed pipe, two ribbed pipes 12a and 12b can be connected by bending them with the required angleαat any position. Existing linear pipes and ribbed pipes can be used as the sill pipe 14, the first ribbed pipe 16, and the second ribbed pipe 18 forming the elbow 10 for the ribbed pipe by working them.
