PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a lever simply. SOLUTION: The female connector 20, which is fitted with the male connector 10, has a cover 50 installed with lever 70 on the rear face of the female housing 21. The lever 70 is provided with a shaft hole to be engaged with a shaft protrusion 51 which protrudes at the front end of the cover 50 and is rotatable around the shaft structure. The lever 70 is provided with a cam groove 74 which engages with a follower pin 17 of the male connector and pulls in the follower pin 17 engaged with it in accordance with the rotating movement of the lever 70. A lever hosing bag portion 40, which can house the lever 70 by opening backward, is provided at the top and bottom wall of the female hood portion 23. The lever, which is housed in the lever housing 40, is tightly held between the wall 41 and the housing wall 42 without any gap. The wall 41 and the housing wall 42 are joined by the enforcement wall 43 at the front end.
