PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that undesirable ambient sound included in an electrical signal is transmitted as noise in a speaker which converts vibration of opponent's words into an electrical signal, although there is an earphone, etc., in order to clearly hear voice such as words transmitted by an opponent heretofore, and to solve the problem that surrounding noise of speaker included in the electrical signal is also transmitted in the speaker which converts the vibration of speaker's own words into the electrical signal although the speaker wants to transmit its own words clearly to the opponent as much as possible. SOLUTION: Into a device which has function such as the earphone, a piezo-electric film of an extra-thin plate is helically wound and used as a piezoelectric device which converts otosteon vibration into the electrical signal to amplify the electrical signal and to transmit it to the earphone, etc., of an opposite party.
