<p>PURPOSE: To assemble a supporting member of an inner tube without processing for fitting at combining by covering a plurality of inner tubes with laminated heat insulating materials and partially retaining the laminated heat insulating materials within a spacer ring by a spacer. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum layer 2 is formed within an outer tube 1, and a sealed pipe 3 is generally coaxially disposed to the outer tube 1 within the outer tube 1 by a rod spacer 4. In the inside of the spacer ring 8, inner tubes 10, 11 transferring very low temperature fluid bodies 9a, 9b are disposed I generally parallel through a spacer 12. Retention of the inner tubes 10, 11 is conducted by a spacer ring 8 mounting a spacer pipe 14 inside, which is contacting to an outside of a laminated heat insulating material 13b and a rod spacer 4 contacting to the outer periphery of the spacer ring 8.</p> |
